    This actually worries me a little. 24% ownership to CATH, aka, CATL, aka China. did they not already have a fair chunk of ownership? Hopefully not to much ownership.

    Still good news. big chunk of funding. Also did I read that right. Conditions of the deal is that we need ML before end of November
