Using those very conservative valuations and leaving existing shareholders with only 70% will give a max share price of 2.9223cents pershare on the current register (3114 million shares) and 2.1094cents per share on the full register (if all those old convertible notes get converted). This represents 360% and 260% times the current share price.
Will the Board agree to this shafting?
