We still don't know if the costs of the contract will outweigh the revenues so it could just add to the outlays and bring a CR on faster. Even with a cost of $0 the $100000 annualised covers 2.2% of the current expenditure.
Not sure how the market will react, I'm not running around high fiving myself yet but I feel like this at least buys a few months before an actual significant contact is announced.

I was confused on this as well, the .5 to 3M is a seperate one. This was listed as 100grand in the AGM presentation, so not over promising this time.
