It's something I suppose. More important is that it shows people will pay for the service. A long way from the $.5-$3m talked about, but in line with the company history of overpromising and underdelivering so at least not a surprise.
We still don't know if the costs of the contract will outweigh the revenues so it could just add to the outlays and bring a CR on faster. Even with a cost of $0 the $100000 annualised covers 2.2% of the current expenditure.
Not sure how the market will react, I'm not running around high fiving myself yet but I feel like this at least buys a few months before an actual significant contact is announced.
