For 8 months of the year, Lao Cai high temperature is above 25 degree celsius. That’s warm weather temperature.
From my reading, this coronavirus don’t like warm weather much. 5 minutes in the sun, the its dead.
warm weather reduce the transmission rate, that’s probably why south east asia report low infection. I do think warm weather play a big role in reducing the spread of the coronavirus.. which could give Donaco casino’s an advantage.
