Agreed, the potential is fantastic and as others have said, the business is building.
I realise why it's needed, but I think one of the reasons these announcements have a collective failure to re-rate can be summarised by:
"Under the agreement, (insert company name here) will place orders on JAT / ANMA for the manufacture of (insert list here) products as well as any new products which (insert company name here) may develop... The specified quantity of $(insert number here) million is indicative only and not binding on (insert company name here), there are no legal consequences if (insert company name here) does not order that quantity."
This sits somewhere between a Post-It note IOU and a binding contract... committed figures will drive a re-rate, otherwise it will continue to be a case of needing to see quarterlies etc to retrospectively value the performance instead of some hype on future performance impacting the SP.
All in my own dodgy opinion of course.
