My take; CIFI is lagging, so let’s get project financing via MidOil. If investor funds can be accessed and quickly that’s fine by me. MidOil can be paid in shares or a cut of the money raised, as long as we advance Copahue. Some companies hope and pray too long for one financier to come through, happy to see EHR ready to test new fields of support. Hopefully MidOil has run the numbers on EHR and won't dally in recommending a BUY.

Looks like Torey is still keen to keep this project ours, and not JV.
