I have just sent an email to Sophie Raven (Company Secretary) and Jaylin Mao (Aussie based NED).

I am preparing a report to send to my contacts at the AFR, ASIC & ASX and have notified Sophie & Jaylin that failure to update the market by 10am next Friday will result in my lodging of this information along with claims of misleading the market, breaches of continuous disclosure and concerns of fraudulent activity.

Hopefully it doesn't come to that & they do the right thing and update the market.
