At the AGM didn't the CEO and chairman say they received 7 non-binding indicative offers during the course of the 'data room'? And that majority of these offers came from the same parent entity or something along those lines.
It sounded like these offers were well below 80 cents though following the declining SP trend. I still think any potential offer in the 40-60 cent range would have a decent chance of going through now assuming it is binding.
