I think glassdoor is wildly inaccurate to judge a company by, as you stated yourself it leans on the negative. Only employees who feel they have been hard done by will go out of their way to leave a negative review while majority who are content or enjoying their work will not bother and most don't even think about it.

I have just looked at Technology One on glass door, which is arguably one of or if not the most successful ASX SaaS company and have already read a myriad of horrible reviews (as well as some good reviews - again completely relative to the perspective of the employee).
