You need to read Glassdoor reviews and make up your own mind. The reviews of BTH really show the issues, but look at commonality.
TechnologyOne is not a good one to look at. They are well known in industry for some of their employee issues. They have had a number of court cases and publicity related to bullying, and the churn of people at TNE. I believe they are working on this area of their business and they have a great business model.
Glassdoor is an avenue to understand the organisation and has confirmed my view of BTH management. Doesn't mean it is a bad company, but good companies do not progress as intended with poor management and bad strategies.
