"Although  efforts  are  underway  to  secure  needed capital in short order, there is no certainty that any capital raising will be successful."

Considering Newsat have been trying to resolve funding issues for months, the above is not really a statement that gives me the confidence that Newsat have a 50% chance of raising funds.

Add the fact that anyone of Coface, Exim, Arianespace, TrustComm or Lockheed are ready to pull the plug unless the multitude of issues related to each with Newsat are resolved.

May 2015 everything will be a lot clearer; not so clear now.
