If the company goes into liquidation, you can kiss your money goodbye with the double whammy that you can't claim the loss against other profits until the whole shemozzle is complete which can take more than a year. At this stage if the company does withstand liquidation then it looks like massive dilution on the way in which case I doubt you'll see more than hald of its current value (being optimistic) upon relisting. And forget about class action, it ain't gonna happen.

ABs run was going to end sooner or later. You can only rob people for a period of time, 10+ years is much longer than I envisaged.
