The literal definition of meritless is "without merit"...I have no idea what your point is there.
Its looking nothing like Empire. They stuffed that up by going into significant debt while only having one production asset. That situation saw them beholden to the interests of a larger party (ERM) who effectively stacked the board to get their money back out. The only similarity here is that there is a large holder trying to influence company direction at the expense of all other holders.
Im all for a contrarian viewpoint, but what would you see management do differently from here? It's clear that testing and producing Vali needs to be the next step. Are you for or against the BYE distribution? I'm not sure that any rational person would want to rush it prior to flow testing. The only things that I see MAY representatives doing are: diluting capital by drawing additional salaries and/or pursuing the interests of MAY.
