To me it wouldn't be "groundbreaking" until
1. ground is broken,
2. dirt is shipped,
3. payment is made,
4. payment gets past the BOD (a miracle in my opinion),
5. what is left of any return gets past the SIG,
6. a stream of dividends to shareholders occurs, which
7. ... one can confidently discount back to the here and now
to arrive at a NPV of more than 30 cents.
