Are you asking my view point towards the company or my view point how it shall run the operations?

I recently sold a big chunk of my holdings at a loss. The risk is too high for my appetite.
Kept a fraction on hand as speculative assets and prepared to lose more. Speculating on exploration upside, market turn around and JV to increase revenue.

Plant c&m is not a good idea to save cost, it’s usually done out of desperation. There are operation contracts to honor, idle mining machines and production plant will still incur cost.

I do not see an easy solution to the current loss making situation. I m not running the company. The various options have been stated in the strategic review.
