Great recap Henry - put it exactly as I would have. I think definitely firing a warning with regards to taking shipments. Great move by management.

I will say the cash burn is a worry but to remedy they only spoke of other sales revenue generative measures (per below)

"the Company will implement alternative measures to seek to manage its cash flow position,including other shipments and sales revenue generative options"

The only question is whether they will be successful in avoiding a highly dilutive credit raising.
