I don't like it, but so what.

LMG leased the site for over a decade, then finally purchased it. The purchase was a monumental turn around for LMG at the time and was a major influence in the s.p spike to 18c.

While being asset rich and cash poor is a lousy circumstance, selling, using the money and then having an ongoing liability is an unwise approach imo. Keeping operational costs down is what directly impacts upon money in the pocket for all investors.

I am not scared by capital raising when you have a firm base. It's a shame to go down this track imo.
