the barnacles have learnt to take any timing speculation from Bruce as puffery. he's caused himself and us alot of unnecessary pain by wildly plucking dates.

until it's announced (which takes an act of God for bruce) it ain't real..

if september goes by without any ann.... the next we hear from Bruce will be in the quarterly with a vague statement like "vrx continues to work productively with the epa to progress the application". in this case she's pushing out to 2025 production...which explains the CR.

not optimal, but I can live with that as I'll push my limit out to 3 mill and hit the top 20...
