yeah, a comment does not neccesarrily warrant a response. i think its at the EPAs discretion as the answer about the ants or, my personal favourite, the dinosaur management plan, may have been covered in the 5,000 pages of fluff. Or as your say, just some crazy HC person writing "Bruce is a bastard".... still counts on the "comments recieved".
