The frustration is undeniable and the temptation to judge without effective communication is IMO understandable and reasonable. I confidentially expressed these concerns and other thoughts via email with Sparta AG mid year, from one shareholder to another. Obviously, there was no new content apart from what we have all read and already in the public domain.
Comparing the '20 Largest Holders' list from the 2023 and recently released 2024 annual report, (pages 119 and 115 respectively), shows that Sparta AG and others in fact increased their holdings, possibly as part of the recent Capital Raise offerings.
