Interesting stuff, Van Staden certainly had a short run, 2 months as Company Secretary. Also note Brian White after many years with the company only had an indirect interest in 28,350 shares,that makes it appear to me that he had unwavering confidence in the value of the company shares!!
Still no advice from the company as to how much they are receiving in payment per month from ELM given they were supposed to receive $15mill on the 8th October (Page13 of the announcement 4/06/13 EGM). I can only speculate that the next $15mill due on the 8/01/14 will also be watered down/ delayed.
When was the last time that a notice was received that a Director was buying shares on market?
