yes demand has weakened , however, predictions like yours in the past by many analysts always overlook the supply side. Norway has just announced a possible reduction in output , the US is considering it, and OPEC + likely to agree. None of them want very cheap oil. Secondly, most countries will want to bounce back in a big way as soon as there is clear evidence of having turned Covid 19 around. Logically demand will pick up , probably within a year, but sooner if an effective vaccine can be introduced .
