    OCP Asia got a very generous deal imho . 10% coupon + 8% start fee !!! There are credit cards cheaper than that . Surely one of the local instos could have made a better refinancing offer ?

    Upside is , GXY have 3 years of breathing space to find partners to get SdV up and running.
