The opposite in my opinion. The placement was at a premium (5 cents) not a discount. Also, it happened on the back of the Ignite conference in Hong Kong. The placement is with a Hong Kong investment company.
$3 million from one investor is not chump change. These guys wanted in based on what they heard from WG.
