wasn't it Patras Capital who had to agree to forfiet $400k of convertible debt to AAU because they breached the conditions of a Convertible Note and started selling security shares without approval of the company and then tried to claim a retrospective conversion wavg price ?
glad I took money off the table, this doesn't sit well
