Thanks Leo. It is the "(amongst other things)" part that I'm still worried about. I pretty sure they will now also have to show documentary evidence that they are adopting the recommendations.

I think much of it will just be written compliance procedures that can probably be purchased as a standard package that is tailored to the company. However, I should think they will also have to show minutes of a board meeting that complies with the recommendations in part (b). If you look at what is involved there, it will take quite a bit of preparation. I'm sure though, that they will have largely anticipated this and that the board will already have their ducks in row for that first compliant meeting.
