we should be aiming for the removal of nic earner, whose top job at ALK depends on ian gandel. he will act in the interests of gandel, which may for the most part, align with the interests of other shareholders, but if there is a conflict i know which way he will vote (to save his job at ALK)

we should also get rid of gavin smith. also a non-exec director at ALK, also dependent on gandel for both non-exec roles. i don't see that he has any minerals experience, just general business experience mostly while being the ceo of the local branch of bosch (which is a manufacturer/R&D centre). not really relevant for a critical minerals business i would've thought?

can we get some people with minerals marketing/sales experience that are actually independent from gandel? maybe some asians that know how to operate/have connections in asia? maybe even americans with govt connections? this board is a joke

please vote accordingly at the agm. would be great to have a spill vote from double strikes against the remuneration report.
