Agree with you totally. Real investors know that a double strike on the renumeration report has the effect of ending the company. This is why institutions dont let it happen when they vote. So, anyone wanting a board spill, careful on what you wish for, as you are actually wishing for a windup of the company. Why would you wish for that????
