I hold ASM because it is fantastic what is going on and I think it is a great company to invest in. I was not posting out of any motivation except some observation.
Ian Gandel did take over a company on the share market recently of which he was a significant shareholder. I do not want disproportionate control by him because he is in a multi billionaire family who can take over control if they wish if the share price goes low. Over 30 percent control in an asx listed company offers a lot of control. They can make an offer and gain control and compulsory purchase easily. Being Chairman of both the board and nomination committee is not appropriate.
