I'd suggest the recent inter family squabble is behind this adjustment.

Seems a bit like the Poilce Association reviewing the day-to-day performance of the Police for mine and we end up with a 'nothing to see here, please move on' outcome.
At the very least the issues as were raised shoud be addressed. Specifically, are we still ahead of the curve in terms of research and development. Greg H was suggesting No! Surely we should see some strengthening and refuting of issues as raised here.

I would also suggest we need to examine our marketing, communication and promotional efforts. Having the best machine gun in the shed counts for nothng if we don't open the shed door and show them our power. We need a PT Barnum type person to prove to the market the dollars and cents to be made and saved by using laser plating treatment.
