Given the lack of explanation for it's issue, one can only presume the document is an update of the Appendix 4G released on 3 Oct 2016. In the release back then LWP advised that where the ASX governance principles had been departed from that explanation for the departure was in the Corporate Governance Statement which in most (if not all) cases it wasn't. Guess they found the explanations and here they are now released, except most are now under review. Funny that eh.
As someone said, one thing to have corporate governance procedures, another to actually follow them. If the directors cared about good corporate governance earlier, they might not be up the creek without a paddle now.
