Yes they are, so far they have been
    Great at selling assets,
Letting our investments in listed ASX companies depreciate, (still has me puzzled why out of all the ASX listed companies at the time, we invested in ATR rather than a "blue chip" ) Which for you information is now exhausted ($30k left)
Why do the board accept loans from King at "Commercial Rates" (which is a cost to the company) versus drawing on the Astron shares (as for that was the intent of having them)
Chasing their tails on government grants that were declined,
There is still a chance we may get off take agreements (one would think we would need something to sell to have an off take agreement though)
    Relinquishing assets,
Failed attempt to get a leading broker house interested
We may get a JV when we have something.......

But wait, GPP are also good at raises as well, they issued
    2016: 515,434,189 plus options
    2017: 417,100,000 plus options
Total shares issued for the previous 2 years, 932,534,189 plus options
We really do need Morabisi to come home..................................
