The reason I asked is as followd.
GKs options $58800 @ issue price of 1.5c equates to around 4m options.
Currently if he sold them the GPPO price would be all but 0, however current bid was 0.07 a couple of days ago or $28k. Not as bigger gift as thought.
Alternatively, he could convert them at the strike price 0f 2.2c therefore adding $88k into the coffers.
In this respect issuing options is a form of performance related pay. They hit milestones, targets and score some wins and their $$$ value at conversion is greater...
Still effectively dilution, but minimising opex, therefore slightly improving cash position.... all IMO
