I'm flattered you think I am qualified to address this but I hold no qualifications to be able to decipher this, but as it has been pointed out numerous times my thoughts on $350k being repaid back on a $250k interest free loan is ok, a typo, or something else as in "included payment for underwriting fees."
None of it adds up company won't elaborate but some HC posters believe that as the accounts are audited by reputable firms its ok, but the point I was making was over looked being that King loaned GPP $250k (interest free) but in the Rights Issue funds raised would be used to repay the $350k loan??? MEH
Same as there has been no response to why Flavelle was issued Key Personnel shares after her resigned from the company, but we will keep our eyes on things, we don;t need another group to oversee these trivial matters.
