    The announcement should have also clearly stated it was the 2017 Governance Statement.

    Also they should have been queried again on their low cash balance as to solvency and made to lodge monthly cash flows. Seem to have been allowed to let the monthly's slip.

    There should also be an explanation as to why the company remains suspended if all lodgments are now up to date.
