What an embarrassment that a document like this is required just to conclude that directors shouldn’t break the law. 12 months this plan took to produce.
They appear to already be in breach of Recomendation 1.2 by putting David Henson up for re-election at the AGM and appear to be in breach of recommendation 5.1 by not disclosing info about their R&D grants or the AusTrade grant for the past month.
