Although I think the deal for MCL is absolutely ludicrous, you make a valid point. Sometimes the simple answer is the right one, as you say, why would AK take such a deal if there were no profits to support QBL ever getting somewhere? On the other hand, money can change people for the better or worse. When someone signs a deal for 60 million dollars worth of shares greed can take over and maybe common sense goes out the window.
