Imo you can certainly raise this point for query but I see the absence of major shareholder movements a positive right now. Higher ups holding confidence.
On the flipside though, if anything is conveniently 'late' with those forms there should definitely be severe consequences. They have 3 or 5 days off memory to update holdings information?
