Most common statement in the CNJ Corporate Governance Statement (that sets out the company's compliance with the the Corporate Governance Council recommendations) is:
"Due to the Company’s size, nature and extent of operations, the company has
departed from this principle"
I keep wondering if it is cheap enough to buy to more leverage into Mt Thirsty - then I see this sort of thing, which says a lot about CNJ I think. I'll keep my Mt Thirsty exposure in a company run like a public listed company.
