I am all for diversity, provided that the best qualified candidates are selected for the job - especially in highly specialised, small shop boutique industries such as Australian Lithium (in comparison to other target minerals). Let us remember, we are mining a mineral of strategic national significance which will shape our greener future. I could not care where that person comes from, or their physical composition.
