I feel at this point in the company’s development they should be appointing a CFO and CS internally to provide for internal continuity. But experienced people that bring their expertise like the Business Development Executive. It’s a personal view based on the fact that consultants still have that separation that employees don’t have. Staff from a consultant are more likely to move on than an individual with their future committed.
