    this is an unmitigated slap in the face of shareholders.....the very same people that "are looking after all shareholders" interests..........such bull crap. they have absolutely lost perspective of accepting responsibility for the magnitude of the value they have destroyed and the impact its having...bring on the 249D.....................screw these pricks
