This is basically a guideline for a balanced corporate governance so the document outlines number of issues that Freehill is not complying with and recommendations are given. For instance, % of women and % of men composition on the board; Freehill has zero women on the executive roles hence Freehill may opt for changing this in the future for a more balanced corporate governance yet this is not mandatory.

I would personally disregard this since FHS is a microcap company with 0.4c share price.

We now have the annual report out and operational update possibly out by next week.
What will be our value on re-listing? My view is that with recommencing operation at the magnetite mine, 20-30 Mcap is achievable so 0.01-0.015c. What are your thoughts FHS holders
