the fact that are needed to retain the balance of Aus and Chinese Directors in itself is ridiculous. Why the hell the Board can't work together for the same goal is beyond me. If they expect the company to move forward with this type of set up, maybe it is time for change.
it doesn't explain why there is a lack of news or updates. Surely they owe it to the shareholders to provide progress reports on what has been achieved each month and the plan for the following month.
