    Being a long term holder, i'd love for you to be right

    realistically though, i think it will be a private capital raising to replace tranche 3.

    only the top 20 holders would worry about capital injections and dilution.

    I'd rather have the funds in place (we were so close with the coal king) to finish the smelters and get the "core" business up and running.
