I think this statement may go back to mid 2017 when Simon was looking for money in order for DeGrey to do what they have done. And I believe it was achieved by getting Kirkland on board for $5m.
IMO Simon Lill is the pivotal point in the De Grey story.
So glad he came on board and assembled the team that we now all know and love.
