I have been re-reading the announcements by KAL and wanted to confirm my understanding of the following:
- Mt Henry project is the only drilling update that we have received confirming an increase in resource (7 and 13 Nov 07)
If this is correct, it means that they still have not released all data from the 1500m of drilling for Mt Henry (still more surprizes?).
More importantly no data has then been released regarding the further potential resource upgrades at Norseman from the Selene and Nth Scotia, Break O day, Telegraph and Everlasting. They stated that they will be conducting 5000m of drilling. To date we have only received reports from the first 1359m of drilling. The 1.2M resource is only the tip of the iceberg IMHO.
The next few months could be very interesting! I think the 1.2M gold resource ann. is very conservative. Not to mention the Clinker Hill Nickel project.
