    Don't' want to get too negative here for SHer's but anyone wo has worked in a company where those kind of HR cuts are made make it a low morale place to work. The crap stay and the good leave. Effort drops. Need a crap load of Shark Tank host positivity to fool the naïve into staying and putting in a fair share of their work. Threatening to sack staff if they don't perform with less resources and tight timelines doesn't work after a while. Only the immune stay or those who have an excellent excuse drawer. They just play the deflection game and are survivors, not producers. No short cuts in a regulated field. FDA will hand your arse to you.
