This is a hugely compelling outline for a small company. I'm glad they seem focused on clinical trial design.
I expect 1AD can target something that will pave the way to a phase 1-2 result - something that the FDA would be keen to approve and offer fast tracking assistance.
Both the CAR-T and the fibrosis are exciting. I'm not sure who the lead investigators are for the fibrosis, but Carina is a great choice for CAR-T.
Can't wait to see what the 2 new investigations are but I hope they partner with like minded people and not fast buck investor massagers. Does anyone know if the i-body is small enough to pass thru the blood/brain barrier? It looks like anywhere where monoclonal antibodies are used, an i-body could be developed. I wonder if we're using Graph Neural Networking to short cut the choices.
